todays events

to in my swimming class we learned the elemerty back stroke and side stroke. the elem. back stroke is much easier than the normal back stroke. your arms never come out of the water and your head is always out of the water. in the side stroke your head is always out of the water and your arms are always in the water. your lead arm goes out above your head and the other goes down to your hip. they come together and met at your chest, then go back to where they started. your kick is a sissor kick.
