today
today is really snowy. we probably have about a half a foot or so of snow everyhere on slippery rock. in my movement class we learned how to jump and land softly. this is so we know how to teach children when we are teachers. in swimming we started the butterfly strock. its probably the hardest stock in swimming. it is to cold to swim in that cold pool with it 9 degrees outside, and it is 9 degrees in the water also.

thanks for the good wishes and concern. i am feeling 1000% better. my back is mostly without any pain. and my illness has left. i feel really good. hope your shins are better.
I have to agree with you that the breast stroke is the hardest. I hate it. I think that the leg kicking is hard too. I don't like the cold weather but I love the snow. The more snow the better.
