classes this week

This week in my walk-jog class we had to do as many laps as we can in twelve mins. i ran 15 laps on the arcs track. the 15 laps equal 1.6 miles. we also had a sit and reach and i did really bad in that, only getting 4 inches. so other things we had to do was push-ups and sit ups, and also height and height. i got 55 push up and 47 sit ups. in swimming class we learned how to do the breast stroke and the freestyle.
